Consolidated Service Desk
Take a virtual tour of the Consolidated Service Desk. A total of 21 separate help desks in 12 state agencies were combined into a single Consolidated Service Desk effective June 1, 2009. For the first time, agencies have access to 24/7/365 support for issues affecting IT infrastructure and managed network services.
State Print Shop
Take a virtual tour of the State Print Shop. It was relocated in June 2009 from an old office building to a modern, highly secure facility specifically designed for producing such items as income tax refund checks, payroll checks and important state correspondence.

GAIT 2010 Briefing for Agency Business Managers
GTA hosted a briefing for senior-level business managers in state agencies August 25, 2008, to help prepare them for the changes resulting from the state's technology outsourcing and transformation initiative. Since technology services support the state's most critical business operations, agency business managers need to understand the impact of the outsourcing on their activities. The briefing is part of GTA's ongoing efforts to ensure state agencies are ready to work successfully with the state's new technology service providers.
