Project Management
GTA’s Enterprise Program Management Office provides project delivery and oversight to agencies for IT projects and procurements. The office also manages the enterprise project portfolio, consults with agencies and project managers on all aspects of project management, and ensures compliance with State project management policies, standards and guidelines.
