A secure website has been set up to make it easy for agencies to submit their Information Security Report.
Agency users – including the Commissioner or someone designed by the Commissioner to approve the final report – must register on the website in order to submit the report online. The final approver should lock the report to indicate it is complete and all data have been entered to the best of his or her knowledge.
All agency reports will be automatically locked at midnight on July 31 unless an agency obtains an exception in accordance with the Information Security Reporting Standard.
If an agency has submitted a letter to GTA stating that it participates in another agency’s information security program, the agency does not need to submit an Information Security Report. The letter satisfies the agency’s reporting requirement.
