Consolidated Service Desk

A total of 21 separate help desks in 12 state agencies were combined into a single Consolidated Service Desk effective June 1, 2009. For the first time, agencies have access to 24/7/365 support for issues affecting IT infrastructure and managed network services. Anyone needing help can simply call toll-free 1.877.482.3233. The Consolidated Service Desk is operated by IBM from a state-of-the-art facility in metropolitan Atlanta.
