Customer Relationship Managers (formerly Service Delivery Consultants) are available to assist GTA customers with any question or issue related to IT or telecommunications services.
To find your GTA CRM, click Search below to open the search view. Next, enter your agency's acronym (for example, DHS for the Department of Human Services) or the name of your agency in the appropriate box. Then click the Search box just above the list of agencies.
GTA customers in local government offices can also download a map of Georgia that identifies CRMs by region (see Related Files at bottom).
