The service particulars below are being superseded as re-procurement of a number of GETS services progresses. But, the guidance on how to manage consumption of services still applies. Questions about consumption management should be directed to your Agency Relationship Manager.

In the GETS environment, the Resource Units in the EUC and Service Desk Tower cover the operational cost of break/fix services, end point management, and both hardware and software install, move, add, change (IMAC) actions for a variety of desktops, laptops, tablets, and printers. The GETS Service Desk is the single point of contact for all infrastructure and managed network service impairments and ID administration services, including:

  • GETS service interruptions and incident reporting
  • Inability to access the internet or a specific application
  • EUC service impairments (e.g. laptop or telephone not working).
  • Password resets
