By establishing partnerships with pre-qualified vendors, the GTA EPMO provides a vehicle for agencies to procure services under GTA contracts with a much shorter turnaround time.

  • Project support services
    • Feasibility studies
    • Business case development
    • Requests for proposal (RFP), information (RFI), and quotation (RFQ) support
    • Establish and manage project management office (PMO)
    • Other PM support as required
  • QA&T

    Quality assurance and testing (QA&T) helps achieve greater operational efficiency and performance by ensuring alignment between business and IT units. QA&T also identifies quality and performance deficiencies through rigorous testing. Examples of work include:

    • Plan and conduct user acceptance testing
    • Assess quality of software code
    • Design and develop test plans, scripts, and processes for system and software validation
  • Organizational change management

    Change management is the discipline that guides preparing, equipping, and supporting individuals and agencies to successfully adopt change. This helps drive organizational success and outcomes, which involves:

    • Approach preparation

    • Sustaining outcomes
