Agency Relationship Managers (ARMs*) are available to assist GTA customers with any questions or issues related to IT or telecommunications services.
To find your ARM, enter your agency's acronym in the Search bar below (for example, DHS for the Department of Human Services). Then click "Search."
Regional ARMs can also be quickly and easily identified using our state map or our county list.
