Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) services give end users access to a feature-rich, virtual desktop that's hosted on a centralized server or cloud deployment and accessed over the internet. These services provide an easy user interface to access business applications anywhere, anytime, and from any device. VDI offers strict controls to eliminate deviation from organizational standards. All data reside on a server, limiting exposure if the device is lost or stolen.
