The service particulars below are being superseded as re-procurement of a number of GETS services progresses. But, the guidance on how to manage consumption of services still applies. Questions about consumption management should be directed to your Agency Relationship Manager.

In the GETS environment, the Resource Units (RUs) for voice services recover charges for:

  • Voice communications (telephones)
  • Contact Center
  • Web conferencing
  • Video conferencing

This chapter explains those RUs and provides best practices that agencies can implement to right-size their use of GETS voice services.
