Previously, Mr. Williams served as Deputy CIO at the Georgia Department of Human Services, where he spearheaded cloud modernization and data analytics projects, and Assistant CIO at the Georgia Department of Juvenile Justice. He also has extensive private sector experience, particularly with SaaS initiatives.

Mr. Williams is a U.S. Navy veteran and holds a bachelor's degree from Auburn University and Master of IT degree. He actively participates in leadership and technology advancement initiatives within the community.
