Working with GTA

What We Offer

There are several ways Georgia government organizations interact with the Georgia Technology Authority (GTA). We can be as hands on as you need us to be and will work with you to find the right approach.

We offer:

Services and Solutions

Buy from GTA, and keep your organization up-to-date, secure, and in compliance. State agencies, local governments, and educational organizations may opt for shared network and IT services and equipment through the Georgia Enterprise Technology Services (GETS) program.

Brokered Services

Buy directly from qualified suppliers using GTA’s pre-negotiated contracts for network, voice, and computing services. Ease the path to procurement by choosing from a provider's standard catalog or request a custom quote.

Custom Services

Hire us to build solutions to fit your agency’s exact needs. Our applications include data sales applications, credit card transactions, data collection and reporting systems, and complex member registration and subscription services.

Governance, Compliance, and Guidance

Get help with strategy and reporting requirements. Agencies must be familiar with and comply with all policies, standards, and guidelines to ensure state information is secure, accessible, and that taxpayer dollars are spent wisely.

Training and Certification

Take virtual and in-person courses led by GTA or our teaching partners.

Plan a large technology purchase

Agencies must work with the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) on all investments in technology products or services with an estimated $500,000 or greater total cost of ownership (TCO). Visit the EPMO's Investment Management page for steps and contact information.

Get support

Your CSM should be your first point of contact to guide you to help or open a ticket.

If you're an existing customer, you may prefer using direct links for the most common support questions:

Understand my invoice

Existing customers can review the details of an invoice through the IT financial management (ITFM) tool, which is accessed via the GETS Portal. If you do not have access to the ITFM tool or the GETS Portal, your CSM can help to get you set up.

Find additional information on the Billing page, including dispute resolution, and the cost estimator tool. If your question is not answered here, your CSM can direct you further.
