With over 23 years of experience in higher education, Dr. Procter has contributed significantly to leadership development. In 2023, she moderated a key panel on ethical considerations in data-driven environments for Chancellor Sonny Perdue. Dr. Procter holds a Doctor of Education degree in higher education leadership from Park University, where she also earned her Bachelor of Science degree in organizational social psychology with honors. She received her Master of Business Administration degree from Kennesaw State University and an executive certificate in leadership from the University of Notre Dame.

She lives in Dahlonega, Georgia, with her husband and four children.
