Ms. Jenkins lives in Warner Robins, Georgia and currently serves as the Senior Capture Manager at EXPANSIA, a small business that specializes in the architecture and building of continuous integration pipelines, DevOps-enabled processes, and cloud-ready solutions for on-prem, commercial/gov cloud, and hybrid IT systems. 

With more than 30 years in the defense and aerospace industry, Ms. Jenkins began her professional career at Robins Air Force Base as a software analyst, performing embedded software system analysis, design, and maintenance for legacy aircraft platforms. Throughout her career, Ms. Jenkins has worked for both small and large defense contractors, supporting the major weapons systems at Warner Robins Air Logistics Complex.

Ms. Jenkins is an active member of the Middle Georgia community and volunteers her time with many charitable and civic organizations.  From 2011 to 2016, she served on the Robins Regional Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and served as Chamber Board Chair from 2014 to 2015. In 2016, Ms. Jenkins was appointed by the mayor and council to serve on the Development Authority of Warner Robins and served as Board Chair from 2016 to 2019. Ms. Jenkins also served as a board member and vice-chair of the Joint Development Authority of Peach County and the City of Warner Robins from 2017 to 2019.  

Ms. Jenkins is a 1992 graduate of Auburn University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with a Computer Science Concentration. She currently serves on the Auburn University College of Science and Mathematics Dean’s Leadership Council and the Auburn University Student Affairs Development Board.
