Enterprise Strategy Processes
GTA has documented processes for a number of key strategic activities that are designed to capture high-level inputs, actions and outputs. These are needed to ensure the successful enablement of agency objectives in the face of leadership turnover at GTA or other agencies. GTA partners with the Office of Planning and Budget for all enterprise strategic planning efforts, which encompass the following:
- Enterprise strategic planning for IT
- GTA strategic planning
- Enterprise innovation (under development)
- Environmental scanning (under development)
- Annual IT reporting (under development)
- Collaboration for strategic support (under development)
