Critical Projects Review Panel

The Critical Projects Review Panel monitors a portfolio of state technology initiatives totaling $250 million to $400 million each year. The panel is comprised of the GTA Review Panel and the Governor’s Office Review Panel, each with its own responsibilities in the review process.

The panels serve as forums for state agency leadership and ensure the commitment of resources that are necessary to successfully achieve a technology initiative’s goals. They meet separately each month and focus on projects with:

  • Significant impact on state government’s business objectives and operations.
  • Budgets of $1 million or more.
  • Timelines of one year or longer.
