The Quick User Guide can assist you with enrolling in courses.

If you have questions about available courses or the new learning management tool, please contact the GTA Training and Education team at

Participants are required to complete each course by taking the course exam, where offered, and receiving a grade of 70 percent to get credit for the course and receive a class certificate of completion. An asterisk following the course name indicates a pre-requisite.

Due to concerns about COVID-19 and concern for everyone's safety, the instructor-led courses will be conducted via a virtual classroom this fall. Enrolled learners will receive a Microsoft Teams meeting invitation to enter the class on the designated date.

On-demand courses (OD) are available. Once you enroll in the class you will have seven days to complete the course. You will be allowed one retake of the exam if needed. Additional on-demand courses will be added into the catalog throughout the year.
