Mr. Webb has extensive experience in representing companies, including private equity firms and their portfolio companies, and family office enterprises, in venture capital and private equity financing, mergers and acquisitions, and commercialization of intellectual property. He advises clients in corporate governance, capital-raising and strategic alliances, including joint ventures, outsourcing, and offshoring arrangements. Before pursuing his law career, Mr. Webb worked at BellSouth Corporation in a variety of capacities for 13 years. In his final position, he served as the chief financial officer for BellSouth NetSource, a strategic business unit focused on serving the corporation's largest customers. Mr. Webb is the Chair Emeritus of the Technology Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia.
