Establish a Billing Account

Customers who anticipate large volumes of orders may wish to establish a billing account. To create an account, you'll need to submit a signed and dated service or other type of agreement along with a current W-9 form and a $100 billing account fee.

To submit your information:

• Register, pay the $100 billing account fee, and email your signed agreement and W-9 form to [email protected].

After we receive all documents and the fee has been paid, we will send an email with instructions for accessing the system.
