Top Tasks
Learn about GTA
Visit our About page or learn about GTA's leadership.
Meet state agency requirements
State agencies must be compliant with GTA policies and standards. See the "Requirements for All Georgia State Agencies" list on our For State Agencies page.
Get an exemption
If an agency has difficulty following a policy or standard due to a hardship, there is a process to request an exemption. Visit GTA's Policies, Standards, and Guidelines website to view exemption information.
Get a new service or solution
Government organizations can get a new service or solution by:
- Completing this form to request a service.
- Working directly with their Customer Success Manager (CSM).
- Browsing the catalog independently and making a request. Existing customers should have a login for the catalog, but if not, your CSM can help with this.
Plan a large technology purchase
Agencies must work with the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) on all investments in technology products or services with an estimated $500,000 or greater total cost of ownership (TCO). Visit the EPMO's Investment Management page for steps and contact information.
Get support
Your CSM should be your first point of contact to guide you to help or open a ticket.
If you're an existing customer, you may prefer using direct links for the most common support questions:
Understand my invoice
Existing customers can review the details of an invoice through the IT financial management (ITFM) tool, which is accessed via the GETS Portal. If you do not have access to the ITFM tool or the GETS Portal, your CSM can help to get you set up.
Find additional information on the Billing page, including dispute resolution, and the cost estimator tool. If your question is not answered here, your CSM can direct you further.
