Board of Directors

GTA is guided by a 12-member Board of Directors, including seven members appointed by the Governor, two appointed by the Lieutenant Governor, two appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives, and one non-voting member appointed by the Chief Justice of the Georgia Supreme Court.

Meeting dates for 2022

The meetings will take place from 10 a.m. until noon in the board room on the seventh floor of 47 Trinity Avenue or via Zoom as warranted.

Dan Israel is the executive director of FDMM (Food, Drug, and Mass Merchandise) Product Management with NCR Corporation in Atlanta.

Rob Bearden is an experienced enterprise software executive.

Michael Caldwell is an owner and managing partner of Black Airplane, a full-stack digital product agency.

Bob Gray is the management director, southeast region market leader, and advisory services with BDO U.S.A., LLP.

Ronald Ham serves as the SAP project manager/senior ERP analyst with Rayonier Advanced Materials in Jesup.

Judge Ann B. Harris was elected to the Superior Court of the Cobb Judicial Circuit in July of 2014 and was re-elected without opposition in 2018.

Mr. Honaman leads the worldwide Consumer Products - Food and Beverage organization for Amazon Web Services.

Sonya P. Jenkins is a technology executive with nearly 30 years of experience in the defense and aerospace industry.

Mr. Ruth is the global CEO of Mergence Global, a boutique full-service consulting firm with clients in 15 countries.

Mr. Vastani has more than 20 years of experience in the information technology field with multi-national firms serving hundreds of millions of customers.

Kent Webb is a member of the Corporate and Business practice group of the Atlanta-based law firm Taylor English.

Ms. West is a principal research scientist and chief engineer of pediatric technologies at the Georgia Institute of Technology.
