Need help with your GETS state-issued computer or desk phone? Call 877-GTA-3233.
Serving GETS agency staff 24/7/365, the GETS Service Desk helps resolve issues for IT services delivered through the Georgia Enterprise Technology Services (GETS) program.
The Service Desk can help in several ways:
- Get online* help from a virtual assistant (Chat with IT), accessible from the GETS Portal or the Chat with IT app in Microsoft Teams.
- Chat online* with an agent when you need help beyond what the virtual assistant provides.
- Call 877-GTA-3233 to speak with an agent.
GETS Portal
For agencies receiving their computing and telecommunication services via the GETS program, the GETS Portal serves as a central online hub for GETS IT services, tools and information.
To report a problem or to get help with the full range of GETS IT services, please call the Service Desk at 877-GTA-3233.
Password Help
Self-service tools* allow agency employees and any staff with a GETS user ID to reset their GETS password or unlock their account.
