By establishing partnerships with pre-qualified vendors, the GTA EPMO provides a vehicle for agencies to procure services under GTA contracts with a much shorter turnaround time.

  • Project Support Services
    • Feasibility studies
    • Business case development
    • Requests for proposal (RFP), information (RFI), and quotation (RFQ) support
    • Establish and manage project management office (PMO)
    • Other PM support as required
  • Quality Assurance and Testing (QA&T)

    QA&T helps achieve greater operational efficiency and performance by ensuring alignment between business and IT units. It also identifies quality and performance deficiencies through rigorous testing. Examples of work include:

    • Plan and conduct user acceptance testing
    • Assess quality of software code
    • Design and develop test plans, scripts, and processes for system and software validation
