Best practices to right-size consumption

  • Request appropriate server type and support level for new or upgraded applications based on business and operational needs - review development and test servers to determine if tier of support can be lowered
  • Decommission refreshed or replaced servers and confirm removal from invoice
  • Delete unused email accounts and recover unused O365 licenses
