Board of directors

GTA is overseen by a 12-member board of directors. This board is constituted through appointments by four key state officials. The governor appoints seven members, the lieutenant governor and speaker of the House of Representatives each appoint two members, and the chief justice of the Georgia supreme court appoints one non-voting member.

Board meeting schedule

The GTA board of directors will hold its regular quarterly meetings at 10 a.m. in the sixth-floor boardroom located at 47 Trinity Avenue, Atlanta.
