Serving GETS agency staff 24/7/365, the GETS Service Desk helps resolve issues for IT services delivered through the Georgia Enterprise Technology Services (GETS) program.

The Service Desk can help in several ways:

  • Get online* help from a virtual assistant (Chat with IT).
  • Chat online* with an agent when you need help beyond what the virtual assistant provides.
  • Call toll-free 877-GTA-3233 to speak with an agent.

GETS Portal

For agencies receiving their computing and telecommunication services via the GETS program, the GETS Portal serves as a central online hub for GETS IT services, tools and information. Staff at these agencies can access the Portal via: https://portal.gets.georgia.gov.

To report a problem, to get help logging in, or to reset your GETS password, please call the Service Desk at 877-GTA-3233.

Self-service tools* allow staff in GETS customer agencies to reset their GETS password. Password help is also available from the Service Desk.
